Clarification Text on Protection and Processing of Personal Data

As TAYSAN PLASTİK PROFİL SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). This clarification text has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom and for what purposes it can be transferred, our data collection methods and legal reasons and your rights under the KVKK.

1. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, offices, call center, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means within the scope of the services and commercial activities offered by our company. Your collected personal data may be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Supply of products and services offered by our Company and execution of service processes
  • Managing customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Responding to questions, requests and complaints regarding our services
  • Defining and implementing our commercial and business strategies
  • Execution of our human resources policies
  • Fulfillment of our legal obligations

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private persons for the purposes listed above, within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media, for the purposes stated above, in order for our company to fulfill its contractual and legal obligations fully and accurately. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

5. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, personal data owners;

  • Learn whether their personal data is being processed
  • Request information if personal data has been processed
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad
  • To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
  • In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, to request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom personal data are transferred
  • Object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
  • In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage
